The short version
We do not collect, see, or store any of your personal information. Everything you enter into DeenTogether stays on your own device and is never sent to us.
DeenTogether is a free spiritual companion app designed for Muslim couples. We believe your faith journey is deeply personal — which is why our app is built so that we have no access to your information at all.
We collect nothing. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, and no servers that receive your data. Everything you record in the app — your prayers, notes, progress, and settings — is saved privately on your own device and never transmitted to us or any third party.
If you choose to use the prayer times feature and allow location access, your device will communicate with the Aladhan API (a public Islamic prayer times service) to calculate accurate prayer times for your area. This communication happens directly between your device and their service — we are not involved in it. You can find Aladhan's own privacy information at aladhan.com. Location access is entirely optional.
We do not use tracking cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or any form of user monitoring. We have no way to see how you use the app, how often you open it, or what you do inside it.
Because all your information lives on your device, you are in complete control. You can clear your data at any time through the Settings page inside the app. We have no copy of your data and cannot access it.
DeenTogether is designed for adult Muslim couples. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.
If we make any changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after any update means you are happy with the changes.
